Traveling for the Border Villages

Traveling for the border villages, like Suna and Kumo should be automatically allowed to be sped up. It takes three days to get to Suna from the Leaf, and that's a lot of RPing. We won't RP for three days in RL, maybe one and a half day of travel in RL. But going from Kumo to any other country would take a minimum of three days at the most. So any travel of Kumo will be sped up, so we can keep up with RPing.
